Photos taken from the front with a flash cannot be used. If the photos are supplied by e-mail, the head itself should be at least 500 pixels in size. For technical reasons, I only accept e-mails in JPEG format.
If the original material is of poor quality, I can't guarantee that the portrait will be recognisable.
