Permission: the person shown in a caricature created by Andreas Otto may use this free of charge and without restriction for both private and commercial purposes and make it available for use by third parties, under the condition that he inserts the legally prescribed copyright notice: Caricature: www.andreasotto.com or only Caricature: Andreas Otto
Publication in subsequently edited form (modification, montage with third-party drawings and clip arts etc.) is not permitted.
2. Other works and their components:
The use, subsequent editing (modification, montage with third-party drawings and clip arts etc.) and imitation of pictures on which the user is not shown, as well as of texts by Andreas Otto, require approval. 3. Impermissible use may, in accordance with practices customary in the sector, be charged at 10 times the rate of the respective scale. Failure to insert the copyright notice may, in accordance with practices customary in the sector, be charged at 2 times the rate of the respective scale.
